Twitter has acquired 7-year-old design agency Ueno to help accelerate the quality and execution of design and product experiences on the social media platform, Axios reports. Ueno, a full-service creative design agency, is joining Twitter's design and research teams after having served as a client previously.
The Diamond Lockbox cannabis carton has been honored in the annual Graphic Design USA Health + Wellness Design Awards competition, which recognizes graphic excellence. Dwaiter’s Josh Nordeen, who designed the blue and white cartons for Diamond Packaging, says the project "was a unique challenge. We wanted to emphasize the structural features that made the Diamond Lockbox secure and effective while also making it clear what industry the package was for and maintaining brand clarity. We implemented a bold, graphic, and modern design that leveraged Diamond's brand colors and identity and also gave Diamond the opportunity to showcase several of their printing techniques."
